New Media Scotland is the national development agency fostering artist and audience engagement with all forms of new media practice.
Our programme supports forms of emergent practice. We seek to innovate and challenge, aesthetically, technically and conceptually. We're excited by projects that blur boundaries, respond to developments in science and technology, and forge new ways ahead for digital culture.
Initiated in 2000, New Media Scotland’s Alt-w Fund is for practitioners based in Scotland to make and develop new artworks, devices and creative applications that challenge the notions of what new media creativity can be.
